You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of your content. When you create a shared link, you grant us permission to store, reproduce, and display that snapshot to operate the sharing feature, and permit people with the link to view and copy its source for use in the runner. Do not submit content you lack permission to share.
Shared links are unlisted, not private. Anyone with a link can forward it, inspect its source, or create an independent copy. Links normally expire after 30 days. Editing your runner code does not update an existing snapshot. Disabling or expiring a link does not recall content already loaded or copied, or disable independently created links.
Keep the management link if you want to disable your snapshot. If you lose it, contact us; we may need information to verify your request. Do not share passwords, API keys, personal information, or other confidential material.
We do not approve shared content before publication or endorse it. We may inspect reports and stored content, remove or disable content, restrict creation, or suspend sharing to address abuse, legal requests, or operating limits. Sharing is experimental and is not permanent hosting or a backup service.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, please see our DMCA Policy.
Codetester.io is provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
Under no circumstances shall Codetester.io or its owners, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of—or inability to use—the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Codetester.io agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado for any disputes arising out of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Denver County, Colorado, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Your continued use of Codetester.io constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Violations may result in disabled links, restrictions on creating links (including address-based blocks for accountless use), or account suspension or termination. Repeated violations may lead to further restrictions.
Use the Report control on a shared page to report abuse, or contact legal@codetester.io. Include the affected link and a description; do not email copies of illegal imagery. Reports are reviewed manually, and this service is not an emergency reporting channel.
