1. How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe in good faith that your work has been infringed, send a written notice containing the following elements to our copyright contact above:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification (by URL or other precise location) of the infringing material on Codetester.io.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review copyright complaints and act expeditiously on sufficiently complete notices, including disabling access where appropriate. We may request missing information and forward the notice, including contact information, to the person who submitted the content when we can contact them. Accountless sharing does not collect a creator email address; creators may contact the address above about a disabled link.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and an email address for correspondence.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and a statement that you will accept service of process from the original notice sender or their agent.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to the copyright contact above. When the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we forward a compliant counter-notice to the original notice sender and restore access no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt, unless our copyright contact receives notice that the original notice sender has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement. Content may remain unavailable for an independent reason, such as expiration or another violation of our terms. We may preserve relevant records while a dispute or legal requirement is pending.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances. For accountless sharing, available measures include disabling links and blocking creation from associated addresses; for accounts, measures include suspension or termination. Address-based restrictions have limitations, and we consider the circumstances and available evidence. Recreating a disabled snapshot under a new link does not exempt it from action.

4. Modifications

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted here.
